John McGuire, CSCS, FRCms

My name is John McGuire, and I’m a 27-year-old athlete and coach dedicated to helping people unlock their peak performance. During my Division 1 football career, I learned first-hand that prioritizing my health didn’t just elevate my athletic ability—it transformed my success as a scholar-athlete. I entered the program as a late walk-on and went on to start every game during my junior and senior seasons.

Along the way, I found myself helping teammates dial in their nutrition, fine-tune their training, and build habits that made a real difference on and off the field. Seeing their progress lit a fire in me that’s driven my coaching career ever since.

Today, I serve as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the CULTR Fight Club MMA Team in Jersey City, NJ and as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for Don Bosco Prep Football. I also bring 4 years of personal training and group fitness coaching to the table, working with athletes and everyday clients looking to level up.

My monthly coaching program is fully individualized and built around your goals, your lifestyle, and your training experience. This is hands-on coaching where we work together—through structured workouts, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support—to create real, measurable progress.

My training plans distill everything I’ve learned as an athlete and coach. Whether your goal is to build up or tone down, they’re designed to make you STRONGER, more EXPLOSIVE, and more JACKED through progressive programming focused on building strength, power, and size.
