Built from the exact training methods that helped me earn a top 3 podium finish, this plan combines strength, endurance, and race-specific conditioning to prepare you for every challenge Hyrox throws at you.
Throughout the program, you’ll train like a hybrid athlete — developing raw strength and power through targeted lifts, building muscle with hypertrophy work, and mastering the unique demands of Hyrox with dedicated circuit sessions. Structured running workouts are included each week to enhance your aerobic capacity, speed, and pacing strategy.
The result is a comprehensive training system that improves your strength, stamina, and efficiency across all Hyrox movements — helping you race faster, recover quicker, and finish stronger.
